Product Safety - ADG complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the safety of products we bring to the marketplace. We will meet recognized industry standards for our products and required processes.
No Abuse of Labor - ADG does not use any form of forced labor, including indentured, prison, bonded or slave labor. We will not use physical or verbal harassment or abuse to discipline Employees or Production Workers.
No Child Labor - ADG does not use child labor. We comply with all minimum age provisions of applicable laws and regulations where we conduct business.
Freedom of Association - ADG respects the rights of Employees to associate or organize without fear of reprisal or interference. If Employees are represented by an organization recognized under law, we respect the right to bargain collectively.
No Discrimination - ADG does not discriminate in hiring and employment practices on the basis of age, nationality, race, religion, social, sexual or ethnic orientation, gender, political opinion or disability.
Hours and Wages - ADG complies with all applicable wages, work hours, hiring, benefits, overtime laws and regulations. In the absence of law in a particular location related to product safety, labor employment, and environment or working conditions, the spirit and intent of these policies shall be met and upheld.
Workplace Conditions - ADG does provide a safe, healthy and secure workplace. We abide by all applicable laws and regulations for safety and health. Proper sanitation, lighting, ventilation and fire safety protection will be provided.
Environment - ADG abides by all applicable environmental laws and regulations. We will manage our environmental footprint to minimize the adverse impact on our community and global resources. We will manage our energy, water and waste systems for maximum efficiency and minimal impact on the environment.
Subcontractors and Sources - ADG requires all businesses that support our company as subcontractors, manufacturers or sources of materials/goods to comply with all of the same policies stated in this document. We expect those same business partners to develop and implement internal procedures to ensure compliance with ADG�s polices and commitment.
