Ship "Best Way" via UPS or LTL Carrier if you do not designate a specific carrier and/or method

Insertion Charge:

$0.20(G) per unit inserted into single gift box or planner.

Drop Shipments:

$5.00(G) each location. Please provide an Excel file and disk with mailing list in Zip Code sequence

International Shipments:

$25.00(G) handling charge plus cost of freight associated with order

3rd Party Billings:

$10.00(G) per delivery locatoin. Covers numerous costs assocaited with handling packages, labeling and communicating with selected freight companies. ADG is not responsible for freight claims or brakage. ADG is the "shipper of origin" and reserves the right to submit freight billing(s) from customer's selected carriers within 60 days after original invoice is sent. This requirement is due to delayed invoicing from carriers resulting in miscellaneous charges for issues billed to shipper of origin (ADG) and not directly to selected freight billing account

Individual Mailers/Mailing:

Special mailers and gift boxes are available on many items which are shipped bulk unless specified

DAMAGE RESISTANT MASTER CARTONS

• All ceramic orders are shipped in a Damage Resistant Master Carton and require an additional $6.00(G) per box charge for packing
• Reduce costly follow-up and Customer inconvenience for ceramicd mugs that have been historically at risk during shiping
• Specifically designed to meet UPS, Fed-Ex, LTL and USPS shipping standards for breakable, ceramic drinkware items
• Reusable and offers a flexible configuration that meets multiple sizes

Freight Claims:

ADG is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. All claims must be filed with respective carrier.

Most orders over 150 pounds will be shipped by truck LTL. Orders requiring inside or residential delivery must be noted on purchase order. ADG reserves the right to forward additional freight billing from carrier after the original invoice is submitted for miscellaneous fees that may include inside delivery, residential delivery, re-delivery, address corrections, or container shipment penalties.

If shipping via a small package carrier, ADG will repack order into larger protective cartons. In the event you decline the use of Damage Resistant Master Cartons for ceramic mugs, it is understood that ADG is not responsible for any breakage claims. If you elect to use your own shipping account, you will be responsible for working with the freight company for all claims.

PROPOSITION 65:

ADG Promotional Products uses material and printing processes that comply with current California and FDA guidelines.

Distributor is solely responsible for notifying ADG Promotional Products of product shipping to California requiring the application of PROP 65 Compliance label. If any Distributor or End Customer sells product that is shipped or redistributed in teh State of California and does not provide advance notification to ADG, the Distributor will hold ADG harmless from all liability for alleged Prop 65 violations. All costs associated with legal defense of Prop 65 claims will be the responsibility of the Distributor and/or the End Customer if ADG is not given notice of California shipments.

Product Regulatory Compliance: ADG Promotional Products Business-to-Business offering do not include children's products or toys as defined within Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) of 2008
